Larry is a member of the International Coach Federation, and holds the ACC Credential. Coaching has long been used to help individuals understand themselves better. We use the same techniques to understand candidates and how well they fit the job and the organization as well as helping them understand how the role fits their career vision.
We have current knowledge of multiple economies, markets and opportunities. Larry is President of Cornerstone International Group. Tami is its Executive Administrator. We host one of its two global headquarters (the other is in Shanghai). Every week we have conversations and discussions with a number of our global members; we have regular conference calls with our regional leaders and we lead an annual global conference. The CIG close-knit structure fosters a high level of interactivity, including sharing best practices and cross-border assignments.
